Want them to stop calling me. They call day and night. There is no live person

I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment. I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address. I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter. I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt. I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them again. This number comes up on the ID as 800 Service. No one responds when I answer the call.

This company is helping consumers lower the supply rates on their utility bills.Supply companies in deregulated states are all in competition with each other.This is a good thing!(0ne phone call could save you $200.00 annually,depending on you usage)I live in Atlanta and whatever my utility charges me I have no choice. Whether the caller ID says "McDonald's" or "Save you money", Mr customer you should listen or call your utility to verify information. Now, this person calling is an officer who is going to take legal action. He is very annoying. Much of what he says is not understood. He keeps calling my cell and workplace.

They keep calling and no response from them, just music.

American voice recorded message instructing you to press 1 or press 2. Having caller ID, I called the number and got a foreign voice instructing me to press more numbers. I'm on the do not call list
